Meet Bill

Born in Liverpool in 1951, Bill attended Nottingham College of Art and received a BA Hons in Fine Art. After studying for a Post Graduate Certificate in Education, he began teaching in 1974. During a teaching career spanning over 40 years, he has taught art to all age groups in different educational sytems around the world.
